JICA’S approach to designing sustainable and equity-focused on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health(MNCH) Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was first established under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a governmental agency in 1974 that coordinate for the official development assistance(ODA) in developing countries.
