Isadore Sharp Four Seasons Essay

After graduating from Ryerson Institute of Technology, at age of twenty-one, Isadore Sharp went immediately into construction with his father. After a few years of working for his father and earning his trust, Sharps’ father decided to step back and let his son take over the construction company which he renamed Max Sharp& Son. Sharp said that his approach in dealing with people was based upon his early upbringing (Sharp 412). His parents were always stressing the importance of treating people with respect and dignity.
