Is Fear Physical Or Mental

Decent Essays
Is fear physical or mental? My opinion of fear is that it is mental. I think it’s mental because if you are scared of anything the shear thought of it can make you fear for your surroundings and safety.
Fear can give you thoughts that the physicality of the situation is irrelevant. Fear can make you go insane, make others seem insane, it can give you the feeling that everything is dying but still in motion as if they are still alive.
The thought of the very thing you are afraid of can turn your state of mind psychedelically negative for happiness, pleasure, and anything positive.
When you are afraid of something, you have a fear of it. Witch it’s real of fictional your imagination will make it feel real or worse than what it actually is.
