Misinformation #2: Bread is healthy and good source of carbohydrates
Bread is really good if it is unleavened just like the bread used during the time of Jesus Christ. It was not chemically and highly processed. It has high fiber. Fiber is a material found in barn. Our bread before was all whole wheat and it was healthy.
Actually, fiber comes into two varieties which are both beneficial to health; the soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and can help lower blood cholesterol and glucose levels. These are the beans, oatmeal, nuts, apples, lentils, and blueberries. …show more content…
