IRTC spoke with assigned CPS, Michelle Harris, who reported that the subject child was observed today with a bruise on his left arm which reportedly occurred when the alleged subject pinched him after the subject child pinched another kid. CPS expressed that the alleged subject acknowledged pinching the child and is no longer working at the location. CPS voiced that she was unable to speak to the child about the incident because the child’s mother stated that the “child moved on” and she did not him interviewed. IRTC observed a picture of the injury which confirmed that the subject child sustained a bruise, but the injury did not appear to meet the criteria of an IRT (non-serious injury).
