Intro My project is on the country Ireland. Ireland is a large island located in the North Atlantic, West of Great Britain. Ireland is the third-largest Island in Europe and the twentieth-largest in the world. The geography consists of several low lying mountains surrounding a central plain, with several rivers expanding inland. The island 32,599 square miles. The climate is always humid, because of the high precipitation. The capital of Ireland is Dublin. I choose Ireland because of my Irish heritage. After researching it more for my project, I really hope I can visit there someday.

One of the Irish holidays is Saint Patrick’s Day which is celebrated because Saint Patrick was the one who converted the island to Christianity.

The ring of Kerry is known for its scenery and beauty. The fourth is the cliffs of moher, which is famous for its beauty and breathtaking views. The fifth is the Giant’s Causeway. The giants cause way is a coastal area of almost 40,000 basalt columns. The sixth is the Aran Islands. A chain of three islands that are known for their beauty and old culture. The people there hold together the culture. The seventh is Trinity College, The most prestigious college in Ireland. The college is located in Dublin, the capital city. The eighth is The Burren, Which is formed by rocky limestone karst plates. The ninth is st.patricks cathedral. This is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Ireland.
