There are three significant problems in my opinion about Interwest Healthcare Corps. First, the issue of management; secondly, the lack of communication between management and staff; and lastly, data entry procedures. First the problem was with management not effectively communicating with employees due to the lack of respect. Although the CEO had several meetings and retreats with the relevant employees stressing the importance of accurate reporting. All efforts failed because the COE failed to recognize how employees felt. (Brickley, Smith & Zimmerman, 2009, p. 38). Another potential problem was hospital administrators and staff not communicating with one another what motivates employees (Brickley, Smith & Zimmerman, 2009, p. 32). “By effectively doing these steps and understanding the difference of human communication, we can better motivate the employees to train their communication skills to follow these steps and enhance their communication ability... Third, inaccurate information reporting losing their federal funding of various grant programs due to data entry procedures where staff was entering incorrect data such as patient treatment, and release information into the hospital’s Information Systems which affects the federal reporting system. The long term would include communicating with and educating employees on company procedures. Thus empowering employees to investigate and ensure the company’s best interest; brand, reputation, and image are being properly carried out. Enhance the relationship between employers and workers. Doing so may also boost
