Intrapersonal Communication is a communication context which involves one person only and the very communication happens on an internal level, in the mind of that person. Also known as self-talk, intrapersonal communication is, just like the other types of communication contexts, about sharing meaning, but here it is more of a clarifying process rather than a sharing one, making a person capable of understanding their own thoughts and conclusions. This way the person reaches a more useful meaning and it becomes easier for them to understand past and adapt to current circumstances or possible future ones.

This type of communication context varies depending on the level of intimacy shared by the individuals included: they could have a very strong and personal relationship or they could be related to one another only by business interests.
An example of interpersonal communication is the situation of two very attached to one another individuals: a mother and a little daughter were going out of their block to have a walk yesterday. The mother was talking to the girl in such a careful manner, explaining her where they were about to go and what was about to happen. The girl was listening and pronouncing some not really existing words, but the two seemed to be getting just fine. Thanks to their interpersonal communication, it was easier for each of them to capture how the other was feeling.
Group Communication exists when a small group of people, usually more than two but not more than eight, share information with each other. This type of communication allows us to inform huge numbers of people about something, but they also lack a personal touch and intimacy, which many times makes people involved in it unlikely to even reach the message. As mass communication could happen in spoken as well as in written manner, people use various ways of skipping the message, such as turning the TV on mute, deleting a spam email or changing the radio channel.
Some TV commercials are one of the most annoying examples of mass communication. While some could be made really interesting and involving, others are just waste of precious time and lacking any sense of imagination and creativity. All commercials, however, achieve their goal if they actually reach audience: they create mass communication and spread the news they want to spread.
It is hard for me to say which communication context I dislike, as there are examples of each I don’t find really useful and pleasant, and yet there are also examples I enjoy very much. Perhaps mass communication would be the context I dislike most frequently as few commercials impress me with creativity and
