In order to have a successful program, interpersonal channels are of great importance. The interpersonal channels are the people that will be helping with organizing, implementing, demonstrating, teaching, counseling, modeling, lecturing, evaluating and re-evaluating of the program to ensure that the program succeeds. The interpersonal staff for the Exhale and Breathe Again Program will consist of teachers, nurses, coaches, peers, community volunteer and other key personnel. Printed information that is colorful, eye catching, persuasive and covers the essentials are needed to draw the targeted audiences in. Brochures, picture game books and pamphlets will use as training tools and reinforcement aids. Newsletter will be sent out to the parents
