II) Credibility statement: I had been living at Coral Gables since 2011, where I visited the Merrick House, Coral Gables Museum, and Biltmore Hotel, and learned a lot of history of Goral Gables.

1. George Merrick designed Coral Gables with tree-sided boulevards, stone-sculptured gates, and elegant bridges
B. George Merrick planed three different areas within the City of Coral Gables: residential area, downtown area, and educational area.
1. The residential area consists of more that 600 Mediterranean Revival Style fine residences with a public golf course, public swimming pool named Venetian Pool, and a luxury Biltmore Hotel. (Steig, n.d.)
