The main reason we have obesity is because of how lazy some people are. The amount of fast food restaurants also triggers the laziness, because if someone does not want to cook they can easily just go out and go through a drive through at a fast food. By doing this, they are also wasting/spending more money that they could have for the proper foods to be buying and eating at home for dinner. Most people get junk food because it is cheaper than buying healthy snacks, same with them going to a fast food place for dinner. Although, if you think about it, you are probably spending, if not more, on the junk food as you would be for your healthy food. It all adds up no matter how cheap it is. Therefore, you might as well just buy the healthy snacks and be healthy, right? It is much more surpassing to live a healthy lifestyle than to be overweight or obese. Obesity is something is increasingly rising and will continue to rise unless we do something about it, like informing people on the eating choices and daily exercise like I did so. Many people do not see the long term affects and what is happening to them with obesity, but hopefully after what I have shared with you it helps give a general idea about how much worthier it is to be healthy.
