Informative Essay: The First Chocolate Chip Cookie

A gooey, melty nourish-your-soul goodness pastry is call the chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was actually made by accident, A girl named Chef Ruth Graves Wake field owned a bakery named Toll House Inn. One day Ruth was making her famous Chocolate Butter Drop Do cookies, but she discovered that she was out of baker's chocolate so Ruth then chopped up a block of Nestle chocolate, Ruth expected the chocolate to melt and disperse through the cookie dough as regular baking chocolate would. Instead the chocolate only softened and stayed in it’s place, then the world discovered the first chocolate chip cookie! Chocolate chip cookies are important to me because almost every holiday me and my sister make a batch of chocolate chip
