First of all, owners who treat their pet awful are awful. Thanks to these bad owners some states are considering passing laws that limit or straight up ban certain types of dog breeds. It is hard to train old dogs due to the dog’s previous owner so they prefer to get puppies. If you get a rescued pitbull they may be a bit aggressive. Of course, that goes saying for all pets but due to pit bulls being bigger dogs it can be more dangerous.
