She said, she worked hard and become what she really wanted to become a 5th grade teacher. Elise has many things to say about her collage experience.
First, me and my sister have very different thoughts about collage she attend Washington state and I want to attend the university of Washington, but besides that I asked her why. Why Washington state university. Elise said “I attended WSU because one, some of my family went there and I heard a lot of good things about it from theme. Two, from hearing all the good things I really wanted to attend WSU”.

But she knew that some sorority’s end up in a bad spot with others, the school and sometimes the law but she wished she joined one for a year to have the experience because the dorms at Washington state were not the best.
Finally, like every person and student there are always going to be those ups and downs. For Elise she thought WSU was the best, and there were no downs. There were many ups, she told me she did everything she wanted to do while at WSU she went to the basketball and football games, she meet new lifelong friends. But to Elise the most important thing is that she said, “I really found out what I wanted to do and I found out who I really was and who I want to be. I took what she said to heart because I have not yet found who or what I want to be, and that collage may help me find that out.
In conclusion, if you think collage is going to be tough, go take another look at it and really find what it is that makes it so hard. I’m glad my sister gave me this chance because she has made me change my thoughts about

Growing up, I definitely had a warped view on Greek Life. I presumed being in a sorority would be how the media portrayed it – crazy, dramatic, and dangerous. However, coming to Babson, I saw a different story. I observed a community of strong women supporting each other through encouragement and shared purposes. Every sorority woman I met my first semester of freshman year raved about their experiences and passion for their sisterhood.…

Today, June 18th, 2017, marks the last day of my first week of college at Paul Quinn College and I am proud to say, “I survived”. Committing to Paul Quinn was a really big decision for me because this school is a 17 hour drive away from my home in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I was afraid that I might get homesick or that I would not have the support of my family because I would be so far away from home. Soon, after visiting the Dallas campus, I realized that Paul Quinn was the school for me. This is the school where I will grow as an individual and I have come to that realization in my first week of college through the many conversations with upperclassmen, faculty, alumni and summer bridge students.…

While more than half of sexual assaults against women of college age occur off campus, on campus assaults are a problem that college and universities can and should do more to address. The best statistics show there is a correlation between 3 factors, alcohol use, sorority membership, and class status, and sexual assault on campus. To combat these trends colleges and universities need to address these factors while taking into account that any measures they take not simply move the problem from campus to off campus locations. This means that the measures taken should be centered on raising awareness, encouraging responsibility, and holding offenders accountable in a just way, while also addressing the campus code of conduct.…

This semester has been a very difficult, stressful, and challenging for me . High School can not compare the amount of stress I had to face in this fall semester at Hostos Community College. However, it is like that with many other students because making a transition is frightening and many of us find a way to run away from it. Everything in life is a challenge and it is scary as well, but for those who want to study it all starts of with college. It took me more than words to actually realize the reality that I am actually living right at this very moment because, I was not expecting so many things to fall apart, but somehow becoming whole again.…
