Nowadays video games, especially those containing violent content, play an important role in the recreational activities of youngsters and have become increasingly popular. Video games that contain aggressive behaviour, such as Call of Duty, Mortal Kombat, Halo, Battlefield and GTA may not only increase aggressive thoughts but also harm the learning behaviour and the healthy development of the child. At least many people tend to think about a connection between the games and the above mentioned effects and see these expressions of violence as reasons for crime as one can see in the following instances.
