Jackie started being part of the Hall of Fame in 1962, as well as winning the title for MVP in
1949. Even though Jackie had a great skill in baseball he was still being threatened and insulted due to his color. Jackie’s courage inspired other african americans that they are separated but all equal. Before Jackie accepted being apart of the Dodgers he played for the Montreal Royals.

Rickey made only one condition and that one condition was that Jackie was not able to fight
back
