Albert Einstein ever said that "Everybody is a genius" but if you consider that all animals can climb the tree as well as a fish it means you are thoughtless. Indonesia students have to master all subjects and obey the curriculum. Curriculum changing by Ministry of Education changes leadership; therefore, they force students to adhere the curriculum. In practice, the system is not changing only the books they learn are changing. The success of applying curriculum focuses on three factors: people, programs, and processes (Ornstein & Hunkins (2009: 250). The President contributes consideration to Indonesia Education System with alteration of Curriculum KTSP 2006 to Curriculum 2013. Hence all aspects

Indonesia Education runs through the existence of curriculum. The curriculum is a heart of education related to education process in physical and non-physical (Oliva 1997:54). Curriculum 2013 is running in Indonesia now. Curriculum 2013 is underscoring the assessment not only in a test but also student attitude. Curriculum changes nevertheless the way of teaching, study process similar to previous curriculum only book which students learn is changing. The curriculum should accentuate to improve student skill in order to draw up their future. Class size has an effect to reach effectiveness of student at a school. Class size is calculated by dividing the number of student and number of class. We can see in Indonesia present more than 30 people in a class, as a result, the concentration of teacher and student will be not efficient. Reducing class becomes a benefit for the student in order to create them focus in class (Krueger, 2002) and there is a relation among reducing class with teacher exertion (Hattie, 2009; OECD, 2009). So that class size has an influence on how many time required by the student to focus on material given by the teacher and reducing class is important in Indonesia. Teacher Absence is one of a problem that will be influence student understanding in class. The effect of teacher absence in class with high frequency will make the students reach low understanding and score in class (Clotfelter, Ladd, and Vigdor, 2007). It happened when I absent to teach the class during two-day and I ask them to do the test then they do not understand. Many teachers in Indonesia do not have qualification as a teacher and do not master the subject. Teacher in Indonesia teach the lesson which is not their part, in an example, a teacher graduated as mathematics teacher but teach English. It will influence the student performance because there is a relationship between teacher and student in case of student achievement (e.g., Brok, 2001; Goh&Fraser,1998). The government has to give attention at salary and teacher certification, the professional teacher is supported by certification owned by the teacher of Ravik Karsidi (2005). In that way, student qualification will be reached if the teacher only focused on teaching the student in one lesson which is they major. Teacher Distribution in Indonesia is not well distributed this can be seen in a concessions area like Papua still have less teacher.
