When the therapist met the client at home for individual therapy, the client greeted the therapist and she was feeling happy because she will have her birthday party after two days. Client reported that she feels happy this week as she met her parents on Thursday and had fun with them all afternoon. Client reported that the best time during the previous week that she enjoyed when she made the math word problem family inputs project and she got A+. Client reported that her mood was down because she does not like the hot weather and she could not study well or have fun outdoor. Client reported that she is excited because of her birthday party next weekend with her parents in Los Angeles as she will invite all of her close friends that she missed
