Inaros immediately starts with 200 armor, if you use mods that increase armor you could get a boost of over 1200 armor, making Inaros VERY hard to kill, I use a simple mod that boosts it up by 200 making Inaros' initial armor 400, if i use Scarab armor, it doubles to 800, (it sadly does not stack)
Inaros has no shields and to make up for that he has a Extremely high health number, literally in the thousands for just starter health, modded correctly for purely health alone he could attain a health stat of over
