• Should there be a set amount/limit that management will pay for new boots, jackets, and cold-weather gear?

Not all employees seem to be on the same page with that suggestion and thought that if they were paying a percentage they should be able to choose where they were buying their equipment. Management found that by monitoring what vendor the employees use, it would allow management to know that the employees are getting the needed gear that falls within OSHA regulations for the type of work they are doing. And it should put the employee at ease that they are getting the required gear from a reputable company that follow all of the safety guidelines in order to keep them
