That uncomfortable bloated feeling in your stomach can be alleviated with a few sips of apple cider vinegar. Simply pour one tablespoon of unfiltered apple cider vinegar into ½ cup of water or apple juice and sip in the morning. You do not have to finish the drink, just sip as much as you want. This beverage will prime your stomach for steps 2 and 3.

#2 - Prevent Cravings
Remember, sugar cravings are not a lack of willpower, they are a sign that your body is starving. The trick is to prevent low blood sugar with a hearty protein meal in the morning.

Eat a 4 ounce portion of beef, chicken or turkey within 2 hours of waking. Eat sliced chicken, ground turkey or a small hamburger patty with a bit of salt,
