Work – life balance refers to balancing both work ( career) and life (family, health, spiritual life) hand in hand. A women plays a major part in the family, she holds the family together. If the family is happy and lively it is because of her and vice – versa. Women of the early centuries were mostly confined to their kitchens and there were those who were employed worked in factories, farms or shop works. According to the olden days tradition women were not allowed to work, they were asked to stay back at home while their husbands went to work, for them work was household and kids.Very few women had the access to higher education.
