Their bodies are very fat and thick which means they don’t get affected by the cold water and air that surrounds them. Polar bears spend 50% of their time hunting for food because of all of the loss in their sea ice from the climate change, polar bears are listed as endangered species. Polar bears are suffering a lot because of global warming, If the temperature of earth goes up then the sea ice that the polar bears live on will melt. When the ice melts the polar bears wont be able to find food, the polar bears only eat seals and other animals that live on top of the sea. The ocean doesn't freeze as much as before so the Polar Bear can't find food and its numbers are starting to become smaller.
