With the dynamism in the market, strategic planning is inevitable. Every organization faces challenges and must be able to overcome and prepare for any ultimatums. This is only possible with the implementation of the framework to be used in making decisions in the organization. Strategic planning is considered as the process of preparing the organization through processes geared towards the organization’s mission.
An effective strategy planning process generates and ensures there is sustenance of frameworks that are reliable in making decisions and whose use leads to the elimination of challenges that may face an organization’s operation. Strategies are meant to deal with challenges that come along the way of operation in an organization.

It has been in operation since 2005 when the first store was established in Los Angeles, California. It now has 160 stores across America and intends to open 10 stores in Canada and 5 stores in Europe in the next 5 years. However, to align its business and ensure competence above the existing competitors such as Wal-Mart, Tesco, Kmart, Sears and Seiyu the organization has devised to implement a retail strategy (Academy of Marketing Science, & In Spotts, 2015). This prevents the circulation of substandard products. The presence of counterfeit products in the marketplace gives the organization the importance of ensuring that the quality provision is paramount in all the products that are provided in the organizations stores. It also ensures there is minimal conflict with the authorities and the regulatory bodies ensuring that only legal products are availed in the market.
c. Competent Supply Strategy
Bestshop intends to have the quality products in the market not only by the procurement procedures but also through the supply mechanisms. One of the key areas of focus is to make sure that the products reach the consumers in the best state as desired. The chain stores are located in diverse areas in the USA and very soon the stores will be available in Canada, UK and Other parts of the globe.
The ultimate goal is to have at least an operating store in all the continents. This is aimed at ensuring the one can get the same kind of shopping when they are travelling. The initial strategy will be to establish the stores near the main transport hubs especially close to international airports. This will give the shoppers the opportunity to have their shopping done in a nearby store wherever they are
