Speaking is a skill that one can learn to perfection with ease like swimming, cooking, driving a car, etc. One has to work at it continuously to improve speaking.
Speech is the tool used to manifest our creative thoughts, feelings, imaginations and convey information. For the output of the speech to be effective, one needs to be aware of the body language, verbal and non-verbal language, and facial expressions.
