Purpose of chapter
This study develops an understanding of reverse exchange in service sector based on the process of service recovery that they received from the service provider. This research goal is to produce the depth data regarding level of understanding people towards reverse exchange for future research.
On the other hand, the purpose of this chapter as below: -
1. To described the research philosophy focus in service sector.
2. To develop research design
3. To propose research method and instrument used
4. To explain the ethical considerations and limitation of this research.

It also appropriate to apply for investigates or develops new things. In short, using primary data will gain new things that can be confirmed by others. There are several benefits in using primary data as a main source in data collection such as the opportunity to get more depth information is higher compared to secondary data and could capture the right moment of experience through expression, voice tone and emotional feelings from each participant that will remain as anonymous. Nonetheless, primary data also have disadvantages that give challenge to researcher which precisely in time consuming matter. This is because, the researcher need to wait for participant free time to be interviewed or waiting for participant to reply the survey interview questions. Researcher also may get inaccurate feedbacks since the participant know their answer will be recorded (Driscoll, …show more content…
Basically, Microsoft Excel able to create the easy way to analyse qualitative research study by using basic table, create own code and colours for divide a theme that will reduced time to learn any new software for data analysis. As this research have a minimal number of participant, no any technological software need to apply (Koltow and McDonough, 2011).
Ethical consideration
This research contains a general question that related to general knowledge regarding understanding and satisfaction level towards services. There is no physical attached and no harm involve between research and participant. Furthermore, the interview will be in general and seek for participant opinion regarding the level of satisfaction towards any services that participant might be used or tried in their life.
In this research, the encryption and anonymization will be applied. This is because, the data will be keeping and all the participant information and answer will remain as private and confidential as well as to maintain participant sensitivity and reputation. To keep it as private and confidential, the generated data will be access only by researcher and her supervisor. On the other hand, the data will be destroying once the research dissertation fully
