Public private partnership is when government forms partnership with the private sector, through this partnership activities that were done by the government are now being done by the private sector, and services that were delivered by the government are now being delivered by the private sector, however this does not mean that government does not play a role in the activities done or services delivered, but the government will oversee the quality of the service delivered or the activity done.
