The global awareness of traveling and the branding of different innovative construction and ideal logistics support with low-fares have been the trend of increased travelling and this lead to increasing international trade can be the factor of the increased trend in this industry. As the industry is progressing, the trend of equivalence of better service is also driven to perfection (Jones & Lockwood, 2004).
The case of Premier Inn Hotel enhances the message of how the quality management has on the improved quality in the hospitality industry and has been the concept of gaining the recognition. In this respect the issuance of the ISO 9000 has been a good step to set a standard of the quality services and to implement in the hospitality industry. The implementation of the quality management has always been difficult for the management and thus the appropriate measures are not taken.
