First, the process could be achieved with the development of “a coherent narrative that explains exactly how your past fits into your present” (Clark, 2011). For example, I have been my manager’s backbone or behind the scene advisor when it comes to work related decision. In a conflict situation, I try to resolve the problem to keep the unity of the team and to avoid domino effect. Beside work experience, my life journey has been interesting.
