"Never forget," two of the most important words in the english language. Earlier this month I took a survey regarding when you hear the words "never forget" what is the first thing that comes to your mind. This experiment was done on students and the main answers I got were the Holocaust, Remembrance Day and tragic events. However, it's not just that it's important to remember the big events from the past, but also the small ones. Good morning 8D and Ms.Cosman. Today I would like to describe my interpretation of the words “never forget”, certain events that occur that need to be remembered and the importance of your childhood.

Never forget to be grateful for your childhood and that you have possessions that others hope for. Based on the 2016 census, about 4.8 million people are living in poverty and 1.2 million are children under 18 appreciate that it’s not you growing up either living on the street or in a house where there is not enough food. On the topic of growing up, always remember that you will never have the same relations with anyone else other than your siblings. They will always be your best friends, even if you're angry with one another. Where you come from is not something you should be ashamed or embarrassed by, even if it’s your family they just want what's best for you. You may not have the best family, or don’t live in the best neighborhood, but remember that's not just your families background, it's also yours.
Today as I stand here, I really hope you understand what I am trying to tell you. Don’t forget, the interpretation of Never Forget. Also, tragic events in the world and of course your childhood. I want you to remember that you have the ability to remember things and to relive those moments that you love because you can remember. - Thank
