What is balanced diet?
A balanced diet is an intake of all the nutrients that a human body requires. Every human body is different and thus the intake of nutrients is also different. Balanced diet does not involve any kind of junk food. It is very essential to have a balanced diet in order to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Balanced diet involves the intake of carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins, fiber, calories and proteins. All these nutrients are consumed by eating lots of vegetables and fruits.
For balanced diet:
- Have a proper full meal three times a day.
- Intake milk, yogurt, cheese and other dairy products for calcium and proteins.
- Always eat fresh fruits and properly cooked vegetables without any complain.
- Intake carbohydrates and fiber by eating bread, chapatis, wholegrain pasta etc.
- Avoid consuming cold-drinks and all sorts of confectioneries as much as possible.
- Eat nuts and raisins.
- Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. And avoid drinking water after eating your meal for half an hour.
- Eat at the right time.
- Never skip your meal.
- Choose and eat wisely.
It is very important to stay healthy and to do so it is important to eat healthy. Be smart and wise while eating.
