What is ISTJ you ask? ISTJ stands for introvert, sensing, thinking, and judging. People with this type of personality are often considered inspectors. Items listed, that I agree with, to describe someone with an ISTJ personality would be that they come off as “cold”, perform at the highest efficiency when taking a step-by-step approach, and that we are easily frustrated with inconsistencies within others. Personally, others have told me that they never wanted to talk to me because I looked like a B----, and that I seemed like I was cold hearted. When told this I laughed because although I can be sweet and nice, I am normally a cold person and will only help someone if it will benefit me somehow like getting them to leave me alone.
