I would suggest that infant and toddler should be evaluated by these three key points.
Physical development: Physical development is not just the growth of a child in size, and weight, but also brain growth and internal system. There are also environmental and genetic factors that affect physical development. For example; families that have health problems, there is a probability that the child may acquire the same health problems too. The environmental factor is where the child develops. If the child develops in poverty with hunger, their body will develop differently than children who are well fed. Most of the time physical development is influenced by the child health.

I will explain to her the critical period, the earlier the child learns a new language, the more native they will sound. I would also explain her plasticity of the brain organization, I would tell her that the brain will adapt to the new environment and will organize the child’s experiences. I will also explain to her the sensitive period that her native language is dominant in the brain, and that the child needs constant interaction, support, experiences and feedback to learn properly the language. I will also explain to her that her child could by bilingual, and will have the ability to manipulate two languages at the same
