The business that I will use for my paper’s subject matter is a cabinet making company.
Currently the company uses several business information systems. The corporation uses Peachtree accounting software, Microsoft Office for document publishing, an internally written MRP (material request planning), and Infinity QS systems for quality enhancement. All of these programs are currently running on the internal intranet but the systems do not communicate without cyborg intervention. An integrated system that does all of these services might help with the The original MRP system has been upgraded and is using more features that are available through Microsoft operating systems. Some of these features include copy text, paste text, and print screen window. These features were being accomplished by third party software of Snag it. The MRP system does not communicate with Infinity QS software. This

Other markets for these programs have vast testing and support groups that help to work out bugs in their Information systems. Using mainstream programs will limit the corporation on features that may be added or amended. An internal high performance team will look at all of the options, where the system has failed or performed, and new features that may be incorporate into the system.
The plan will follow these steps:
1. Look at all of the information systems in place. Evaluation of all of the steps used and creating a current reality flow chart. There will be no changes to the system at this point.
2. Evaluate the flow charts and current reality for the information systems. Answer the questions; where are the bottle necks? Where do the systems need to be joined or have commonalities in databases or other information that is currently being transferred manually?
3. Make a list of notable improvements that may be made to the system that will improve information flow and
