2. Explain how this knowledge will affect you in your current or future career. Not only will this knowledge benefit me in the future (when I start my business), but I can apply it now. Being in management, I learned more about employee behavior and leadership. I now have a clearer understanding and can better motivate my employees to strive for more.
3.Considering the weekly assignments, were the research assignments valuable for you? Yes, it was interesting to read on why this company is rated in the top 100 to work for. The company I researched had a lot of positive things relating to its product, customers and employees. What about the business plan assignments? The business plan served as a learning platform for starting a business. It was good to have a dream and think outside of the box on what you would do if you were to boss.
5. What did you think about the midterm and the final? Essay questions have never been my favorite, however, they were related to the topics discussed in this course.
