The world has changed drastically in the last few decades mainly because of the technological advances that has evolved through the years. Technology has allowed people to make progressions in countless areas that have made our daily lives improve in many ways, especially accessibility in the areas of medicine and transportation. These areas of technology have helped improve human life and continue to grow to make society more efficient.
Advancements in technology have improved many aspects of transportation, especially with the new technological innovations created, transportation has not only excelled in efficiency but also in speed. In December 7, 1903 the Wright brothers developed and flew their first flight in a plane they invented. It was recorded at the time that this magnificent invention which was miraculously the first man-made innovation to be able to maneuver above ground at 120 feet.The plane flew for 59 seconds, covering a distance of 852 feet. The aircraft, making the right brothers a household name, astonished people. Air travel was now possible, and this was the first step towards modern air travel causing excitement in the world. For example The FDA approved Trans Oral Robotic Surgery in 2009 (Hein 1). A trained physician operating a three-dimensional video camera and robotic arms controls the surgery.
