Setbacks are a part of life and you just have to deal with them, how you deal with setbacks defines you as a person. In my life i've only had one major setback which was tearing my ACL. It definitely affected my daily life but it also opened my mind up to a few different things. One of those things is that there are other things to life other than soccer, during my recovery I found that I really enjoy the outdoors. The hardest thing to deal with during this setback was that i had to miss out on things that I normally wouldn't have. I tore my ACL in the spring of 2016 in my very first premier league soccer game of the season.
