How Safe Is Snapchat Safe?

Is snapchat safe? Have you ever heard from your kids, “mom can I have snapchat?” Snapchat is an app and 52% of snapchat users are kids and teens. This app is everywhere and parents really wonder if snapchat is safe. My opinion is it is safe because of boundaries, and only adding people I know. This app says it is only for 12 and older. Just like Instagram you can only get sent and send pictures to People you add. You can block people from your friend list also. There is obviously safety in this app which parents do not understand. An article shows exactly the steps on safety with pictures of how to keep yourself and your kids safe. If you only add the people you really know there should be no bad things sent to you. Just like Instagram
