The data collected from the customers review is qualitative and primary because it’s people’s opinion. it can be used as a market research because it can be used to find out what customers prefer and know how customers fells about the products. This means Sainsbury’s have to improve their products to improve customers satisfactory. It can impact how a business decides to develop each product and evaluate and analysis products depending on the customers reviews and make it better and higher quality. This is because testing their products means that customers will like it and Sainsbury’s are also able to increase or decrease the product level. This helps Sainsbury’s to meet the objectives because it attracts the customers if the cost of the products is low so, the sales increase. This can attracts customers as the prices are lows so there a higher chance of getting a good review. This allows Sainsbury’s to adjust and make products so that it suits customers’ needs as Sainsbury’s know what their customers prefer and wan through nectar data. Therefore Sainsbury’s are able to increase its sales which can help improve their market share. It also helps Sainsbury’s to reach the vision, values and goals. They ‘offer great quality at fair price’ because they have lowered the cost to attract customers and increase their sales. It also links with to be the ‘most trusted retailer’ because customers reviews helps Sainsbury’s to evaluate the weakness of the products and can improve to ensure the quality is good. Therefore, it makes customers trust Sainsbury’s as they provides better products and increases customers satisfactory as it shows that Sainsbury’s are caring about the customers by adapting and selling higher quality good at cheaper
