First, self-assessment test result revealed that I prefer to work in a mechanistic organization structure. It is an organization that is structured in a centralized, high formalization, limited information and highly departmentalized manner. Rather than organic organization structure—this is made up of participative decision making process, flat and have low formalization. Similarly, the result further indicates that I am strongly suited for an international/global management positions in term of career choice. This means that I posses the requisite talents to be successful as an international executives. And some of the requirements are: business knowledge, interpersonal skills, general knowledge, courage, commitments, and cross-cultural competences.
