Hamlet seems to dwell on each situation before taking action, which makes it hard for him to get on with his life. After he learns that his father's death was a murder, he became overwhelmed with anger. Which leads him to demand answers about his father's death and his mysterious funeral. He is confused and angry on why his father was not put to rest with his sword and why he did not have a memorial. When the truth is revealed about how his father had died, he becomes even more enraged and gives no thought to the plan he had been manipulated into making with Claudius to kill Hamlet. Laertes does not realize when he agrees to work with Claudius he will be dragged into the corruption of Denmark as well. As that plan commences it starts off with a rigged fencing match, which soon lead to him getting stabbed with his own (poisoned) sword. After this act, he soon regrets his role in Claudius’s plan, because he was only a tool to carry out Clausius
