After conducting research on the impact of Digital Media I have come to the conclusion that society is heavily dependent on the influence of the internet. Have you ever observed how many people you see on their cell phone, laptop, iPad, tablet, or any electronic device when you are out in public? From a family sitting at the dinner table, students sitting in class, or even adults at the gym you will find people stop what they are doing to check their phone. After being brought to my attention I realized how hard it was for me to concentrate on a single task without stopping to check my phone, listen to music, or change the channel on the TV.
