I believe the liberals gained more from Napoleon’s conquest in Germany because of the education reform. The changes in the quality of teachers, the cost, and the quality of the relationships between the teachers and the students provided improvements for everyone. Since tuition became free, it made the entire education system more equal. One did not necessarily need a lot of money to receive a good quality of education. This lead to people getting an education even if it had no practical application in the real world (19). This is what creates passion. Passion is doing something simply because you like it; people began studying topics and becoming better educated about everything which created professionals and experts regarding a variety of topics. When there are growing groups of people, whom are better educated about a wide variety of topics, the whole nation improves their quality of life without even directly realizing
