Franklin d. Roosevelt who was elected in 1993 was an ease in the presence of many Americans through the test of the great depression. Roosevelt was a great leader and president he was loved by many people as well as he was hated by many but mainly loved for his extraordinary job in getting the united states out of the famous well known great depression. Franklin d. Roosevelt created many new deal and reform programs little by little he started growing the U.S economy he made bank holidays as well as many more. Many people didn’t like him for his centralized type of government they saw it even as a dictatorship but what people didn’t know was that he acted this way in order to reconstruct the economy and actually was the savior of the great
