honestly cannot remember what I selected, but I am open to any suggestions that someone can offer working in the nonprofit world. My current position entails me to work with individuals transitioning from homelessness. My caseload is comprised of homeless individuals that are given a two year subsidy to help them get back on their feet. During that time I work with them to help achieve self-sufficiency, however, that may look for that individual. So my caseload is a moderately limited time frame, compared to permeant programs, but requires a lot, since many of the individuals have a tremendous amount of barriers that they have to overcome.
