Hire smart people and get out their way
“It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”, as former Apple CEO Steve Jobs famously said. In a rapidly changing corporate world, this mindset is more beyond a great motivation to employees; a key factor to business success. Moreover, this kind of mentality would give them pride and make them feel an asset to the company.
Hiring a smart person doesn’t mean choosing the most excellent student in his class nor has achieved a lot of novel awards way back when you’ve met them. Knowing the person whether he is smart or not does not cost that much, here are the following:
• Goal-oriented – envisions success beforehand. A person who keeps his goal always no matter what odds may he face while bearing this dreams and ambitions at hands. Being goal-oriented means being ambitious in all the way, where he visualizes success prior to the actions made. With this character, when given a task, mindset is to protect the goals until fulfilled.

• Passionate – hiring one who works just for earning will never be effective because when the time comes, money is not rewarding at all, this person can quit anytime he wants. Once an employee starts to love his job, regardless of how difficult the task will be given to them along the way, they’ll surely will find ways to learn it and complete the task with fun and
