This should contain positions on the executive, legislative, state and federal positions. The necessity in order to become the President of The United States are placed out in the constitution at Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 and state three specific requirements: Number One, The Candidate must be at least 35 years old. Number Two, The candidate must be a resident within the United States for 14 years prior the Election. Number Three, The Candidate must be a natural born citizen.
