I Joshua Reisner would like to be the next California Highway Patrol Commissioner of Project Reality.
I have made a huge impact of Project reality with advertisements, starting up dispatch, making new SOPS etc. I think it's time I step down for Communications Director and become the Commissioner of CHP. I feel like CHP has been falling with our old Commissioner Nish. I feel and know I can make a change. ---------------------------

My goal is to fill our main Command ranks as in Chief ranks and Deputy Commissioner. We need to have a good relationship with our High Command so we can use our fullest of ability.
Mutuality
I have been noticing Troopers acting immature and just like they are five-year-olds. I will be implementing a NO tolerance policy. There will be more information about that policy below.
No Tolerance policy
There will be a tolerance policy this being said any Disrespect, Immaturity, or anything of the sort will NOT be tolerated in my department. There will be a guide coming out if I get the job for how that will work more in detail.
Uniform Policy
We need a policy about uniforms. What can and can't Troopers wear etc. Supervisors will also be strict on this too. We want to look and act as professional as we can
Radio Communications
I have noticed some Troopers need some help with radio as in talking and just in general. I will implement a dispatch/radio training so we as L.E.O (law enforcement officer) can sound professional and just get the help we need with the
