Mike has a meeting this morning from 11am – Noon. Are you all(International Rep= INT) breaking for lunch today? If so, I will schedule Mike to meet with (INT) from 1pm to 2pm in the executive conference room. If not, Mike can plan on meeting you from noon until.

Lastly, not sure if you thought about turning your lunch into a working lunch if you all are going out, this way you can capitalize on all of your time (just a thought). Please get back to me as quickly as possible with your thoughts.
