Hi Jaunita!
Like you, learning to manage my time seems most challenging. It appears when I believe I have a schedule all planned out there is some task given that has to be done “right away” that often sets me back. It appears to be a never ending cycle, but learning to cope with these setbacks and having a go too back up plan helps. I am fortunate to have only one person in my department that is not good at collaborating and that they are others, within and outside the department that I can turn to for support when necessary.
For personal health and wellbeing it is so important to maintain a balance between your professional and home life and find some alone time, which I know is better said than done. I am so thankful for to a buddy who
